What are the ingredients listed in your water?
+ Aqua-Life Reverse Osmosis Pure Water: pure water (less than 3ppm)

Bottles

Why do I have to pay a deposit on the bottles?
The purpose of the bottle deposit system is to ensure that costs are kept low by maintaining a steady inventory of bottles. Exchanging the empties when you re-order ensures we keep as many bottles out of the landfill as possible. If you decide to no longer purchase water and return your empties, you will receive a $10.00 refund for each bottle returned. Bottles must be in good condition with original Aqua-Life labels.

What are your water bottles made from?
Our 3- and 5-gallon water bottles for home and office delivery are made from a polycarbonate blue plastic that meet the market demand for sturdy, yet lightweight bottles that can be recycled. Safe, reliable and rugged, polycarbonate is a proven packaging material. Polycarbonate 3- and 5-gal water bottles can be washed and reused more than 50 times, one of the longest service lives of any water bottle in the field. Most importantly, the bottles, like all bottled water containers, are also sustainable. At the end of its lifecycle, the polycarbonate can be recycled for second-life use in a variety of applications.

Do you sell 500 ml bottles?
We sell 500ml bottles in a Case of 24/bottles—labelled, or blank—that can be manufactured upon request.

 

Orders & Delivery

This is the first time I am ordering—how much do I need?
We recommend ordering the Starter: 4 x 5-gallon (18.9L) bottles. When you open your fourth bottle, purchase a refill of 3 bottles. This way, you will not run out of water.

Do you charge to deliver?
We deliver to homes, businesses and apartments with elevators in Toronto and surrounding GTA area free of charge. We cannot deliver to units without an elevator, and encourage customers to meet the Driver at ground level for curbside pick-up. For more information, see our Delivery Schedule

You can also pick up your water at our office: 1149 Bellamy Rd., N. Unit #8—Monday to Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm. Please note: we recommend all persons entering the premises wear a mask covering the nose, mouth and chin.

Are you open on public holidays?
Aqua-Life observes all public holidays and will be closed. We will reopen the following business day.

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Debit. Payment is collected immediately after placement of your order.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax is charged according to the type of purchase made. For example, in Canada, water is non-taxable, but accessory products are subject to Ontario 13% HST (included in price).

What is your Refund Policy?
We make every effort to ensure 100% satisfaction. If you receive a leaky or cracked bottle, we will replace it at no additional cost.

If you purchased a product, and for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer credit within 30 days. We only replace products if they are defective or damaged (unused and in its original packaging).

Do you offer financing?
Obtaining credit for Filtration Systems or Water Softeners is available through a third-party lender. If you wish to apply for credit, you can download the application, and submit it to: order@aqualifewater.ca

What happens if I input the wrong number of empty bottles?
In the event there is a discrepancy with the amount of your order, we will charge or credit the difference (in the original payment used) within 5-10 business days.

How do I make an outstanding payment on my account?
You can send e-transfers to: payment@aqualifewater.ca. Please reference your Customer ID, Invoice number, or delivery date.
